The match between MJF & Adam Cole vs. Big Bill & “The Machine” Brian Cage (with Prince Nana) on AEW Dynamite on July 12, 2023 ended in a no contest.
The match started off with MJF and Cole dominating Big Bill and Cage. However, Cage eventually turned the tables and began to overpower MJF and Cole. Cage hit a big suplex on Cole and then tagged in Big Bill. Big Bill hit a chokeslam on Cole and then a powerbomb on MJF.
Just when it seemed like Big Bill and Cage were going to win, Prince Nana interfered in the match. Nana pulled the referee out of the ring, which allowed Big Bill and Cage to beat down MJF and Cole. However, before they could get the pinfall, the Young Bucks ran down to the ring and made the save.
The Young Bucks and MJF & Cole brawled with Big Bill, Cage, and Nana. The brawl eventually spilled out to the arena floor, where it ended in a no contest.
After the match, MJF and Cole cut a promo on Big Bill, Cage, and Nana. They said that they would get their revenge on them next week on AEW Dynamite.
