Poirier Vs Gaethje is gonna be memorable

Everything was perfect, one of the best ones of the year

UFC always trying to add hype in any way they can. BMF titles and 3 round co-mains just to add a few more PPV buys

Dustin & Justin fought 10 times it could well be 5-5.

Dustin’s stock doesn’t go down after this although I feel like he’s Lightweight’s Max Holloway. Beats everyone in the division apart from the Champion

Insane finish but somehow disappointed that it didnt happen in round 4 or 5. I needed another few rounds of them beating the fuck out of eachother

Justin can do serious damage and his striking is confident. We’re seeing Justin evolve right in front our eyes in terms of how patient his offense is and not relying on a brawl to edge out little wins. Maybe an elite ground game makes him gun shy again but he’s fighting with a different kind of focus the last few fights

When have we ever seen poirier knocked out like that? I was so confident he would get the job done?! Gaethje is the BMF! What a main even to top off an incredible card. I feel every now and again a fight card comes along and my god…. just take a minute to sit back and think about what we just witnessed. Literal humans just scrapping it out in a difficult elevation. These fighters are all warriors! What a time to be a UFC fan! We are truly blessed.

The ufc has made it clear simply taking down the opponent and laying on them is no longer enough to win a fight. You have to further your position on the ground or land more strikes while on the ground.

That was a wild kick. And Dustin blocked it! But enough of Gaethje’s foot slipped behind the guard to tag his neck. He blocked 90% of that kick.

Jan lost because he gassed and spent the last two rounds running away or sitting on top not doing much. Pereira was landing heavier shots more consistently. The suspense was palpable in the first round, pereira had his ngannou moment where he showed his improved grappling. In 2005 jan wins but not today.

That feeling when you didn’t sleep whole night and psychosis starts cause of sleep deprivation. So everything feels more awesome in a fights.

The look on Smith’s face when he had to say “You know, it’s Nikita Krylov, it’s Johnny Walker” was very funny. Shout outs to the guy for being professional lol

It’s brutal to say but these belts just do not like Dustin Poirier. Interim winner but can’t seem to get ahold of these elusive undisputed belts. Doesn’t even win the “made-up” belt.
