Y’all who keep shitting all over Taker need to take a step back. That man… for all intents and purposes IS the WWE. He carried the business on his back for YEARS. Show some respect. He didn’t go out there and do a full match. He was there to help make a pop….put over some upcoming stars and help the business. Take your Taker shit talking somewhere else.

loved the absolute over the top feel to the whole thing. I watch NXT when I can but I’m really glad I tuned in for this one!

For anyone who has it recorded, go back and watch Taker and Bronn again. When he grabs him by the throat he sees Bronn isn’t selling enough and says “”Work with me.” Then he also says “Up” just before the chokeslam. He’s doing his best to help these guys out, and it shows Bronn has a little ways to go.

WWE NXT kicked off on October 10, 2023 with a bang, as Cody Rhodes announced that he would be defending his NXT Championship against Ilja Dragunov at NXT Halloween Havoc on October 25th. This match has been highly anticipated for months, and it is sure to be one of the biggest matches of the year.
In the opening match of the night, Asuka faced off against Roxanne Perez. Asuka is a former NXT Women’s Champion, and she is one of the most decorated women’s wrestlers in WWE history. Perez is a young and up-and-coming star, and she is looking to make a name for herself against the best in the business.
The match was back-and-forth, but in the end, Asuka emerged victorious. She hit Perez with her signature Asuka Lock for the win. After the match, Asuka showed respect to Perez, and she told her that she has a bright future ahead of her.
Next up was a Pub Brawl match between Gallus and The Brawling Brutes. This match was a wild and crazy affair, with both teams using anything they could get their hands on to defeat their opponents.
In the end, The Brawling Brutes picked up the victory. Butch hit Wolfgang with a Bitter End on the bar for the win. After the match, The Brawling Brutes celebrated their victory with the crowd.
In the third match of the night, Ilja Dragunov defended his NXT Championship against Dominik Mysterio. Mysterio is a former two-time WWE Champion, and he is one of the most experienced wrestlers in the company. Dragunov is a young and up-and-coming star, and he is looking to prove that he is the best wrestler in NXT.
The match was a hard-fought battle, but in the end, Dragunov emerged victorious. He hit Mysterio with his signature Torpedo Moscow for the win. After the match, Dragunov celebrated his victory with the crowd.
In the fourth match of the night, Lola Vice faced off against Dani Palmer. Vice is a young and up-and-coming star, and she is looking to make a name for herself in the NXT women’s division. Palmer is a veteran of the independent wrestling scene, and she is looking to make her mark in WWE.
The match was back-and-forth, but in the end, Vice emerged victorious. She hit Palmer with her signature Vice Grip for the win. After the match, Vice celebrated her victory with the crowd.
In the main event of the night, Carmelo Hayes faced off against Bron Breakker. Hayes is a former NXT North American Champion, and he is one of the most popular wrestlers in NXT. Breakker is a former NXT Champion, and he is looking to regain his title.
The match was a hard-fought battle, but in the end, Hayes emerged victorious. He hit Breakker with his signature Leg Drop for the win. After the match, Hayes celebrated his victory with the crowd.
