The Matches: A Card Packed with Fireworks
Let’s break down the confirmed matches and what they mean for the future of TNA Wrestling. Each bout has been carefully crafted to deliver maximum excitement, and the implications of these matches will reverberate throughout the wrestling world.
1. Main Event: World Heavyweight Championship – Alex Shelley (c) vs. Moose
The main event is a clash of titans. Alex Shelley, the reigning World Heavyweight Champion, has been on a historic run, defending his title against all comers with a mix of technical brilliance and unrelenting determination. But standing in his way is Moose, a powerhouse with a chip on his shoulder and a hunger for gold.
Moose has been on a warpath, decimating everyone in his way to earn this title shot. His combination of raw power and surprising agility makes him a formidable opponent for Shelley. Will Shelley’s cunning and experience be enough to overcome Moose’s brute force? Or will Moose finally claim the championship that has eluded him for so long? This is a match that could steal the show and leave fans talking for years to come.
2. Knockouts Championship – Jordynne Grace (c) vs. Deonna Purrazzo
The Knockouts division has always been a cornerstone of TNA Wrestling, and this match is a testament to why. Jordynne Grace, the reigning Knockouts Champion, is a force of nature. Her strength and athleticism have made her one of the most dominant champions in recent memory. But Deonna Purrazzo, the “Virtuosa,” is no slouch. With her technical prowess and submission expertise, Purrazzo poses a unique challenge for Grace.
This match is more than just a title bout—it’s a clash of styles and personalities. Grace’s power game against Purrazzo’s technical mastery promises to be a highlight of the night. Who will walk away with the gold? Tune in to find out.
3. X-Division Championship – Chris Sabin (c) vs. Trey Miguel
The X-Division is synonymous with high-octane, fast-paced action, and this match is guaranteed to deliver. Chris Sabin, a veteran of the X-Division, is looking to cement his legacy as one of the greatest champions in the division’s history. But Trey Miguel, the young and hungry challenger, is determined to make a name for himself by dethroning Sabin.
Expect flips, dives, and moves that defy gravity as these two athletes push each other to the limit. The X-Division Championship is more than just a title—it’s a symbol of innovation and excellence in wrestling. This match will be a showcase of everything that makes the X-Division special.
4. Tag Team Championship – The Good Brothers (c) vs. The Rascalz
Tag team wrestling is alive and well in TNA, and this match is proof. The Good Brothers, Doc Gallows and Karl Anderson, have been dominant champions, using their size and experience to outclass their opponents. But The Rascalz, with their high-flying antics and unorthodox style, are a wildcard that could shake things up.
This match is a classic clash of old school vs. new school. Will The Good Brothers’ veteran savvy be enough to overcome The Rascalz’s youthful energy? Or will The Rascalz pull off the upset and claim the tag team gold? One thing’s for sure—this match will be chaotic, unpredictable, and absolutely thrilling.
5. Grudge Match – Eddie Edwards vs. Sami Callihan
Some rivalries are too personal to be settled in a regular match. Eddie Edwards and Sami Callihan have been at each other’s throats for months, and their feud has reached a boiling point. This grudge match is about more than just winning—it’s about pride, respect, and revenge.
Both men are known for their hardcore styles, so expect this match to be brutal and unforgiving. Weapons, blood, and sheer brutality are all on the table. This is the kind of match that will leave fans on the edge of their seats, wondering who will walk out victorious.
The Wildcards: What Else Can Fans Expect?
While the confirmed matches are enough to make this event a must-watch, TNA Wrestling is known for its surprises. Here are a few wildcards that could make the night even more unforgettable:
- Surprise Returns: TNA has a rich history of legendary wrestlers making unexpected comebacks. Could we see the return of a fan-favorite superstar to shake things up?

Very good show
I think his Ic run being so long hurt him as a credible world champion. It’s like he fought all the same guys and crushed them for a mid card belt now we are supposed to believe they are an actual challenge to him as a world champion? Lol when they took the intercontinental title off of him they should have moved him to SmackDown and put a new list of challengers in front of him. And moved Cody and the WWE championship to raw
Very good episode,
imagine being deluded enough to think a multi billion dollar company with guys who literally have wrestling in their blood hot shoted a heel turn storyline because they booked themselves into a corner. are you serious dude? that is the most ridiculous thing i have read in a minute lol. good luck bro.
Great episode.
Punk/Cody was there for the taking and Cena could’ve gone up against Gunther.
They knee jerked a heel turn because they booked themselves into a nepotism corner
Very good show
honestly don’t get the hate. like sure, there’s no major story here YET. But Punk/Rollins/Reigns has a lot of potential to be a high quality match. I’m legit looking forward to it and love that these three have wound up in a match together.
Great episode.
The triple threat match between them at Wrestlemania is gonna be awesome. Super stoked for this match
Great show
Let’s mention the women’s match in every live/hate challenge. Easiest task for this group of “journalists” ever. Each one of these love/hates are more embarrassing than the last. We get it, women’s wrestling is amazing and should main event every show and if a women’s match is bad it’s because where it is on the card or the booking it’s never the talent, all the women are top tier wrestlers.
Very good show
You wanna find out who the real simps and shills are? Mark down anybody who defends that main event match! Even the diehard AEW fans are crapping on that main event. It was terrible.
This Moxley stuff is stinking out the entire show and the dude seems to think he is Brock Lesnar.
The sad part is that this wasn’t a terrible show overall and with all things taken into an account. But at the end of the day, a bad ending can ruin a whole show for a lot of people. “Game of Thrones season 8” style.
Great show
So the crux of it all is that the PLE started strong…then ended with a sour belch.
The fans most remember how you left them and the fans are going to remember this show with a resounding “bleh”!
And any casual fan who watched with their buddies who are more diehard fans, may have left the viewing saying aloud, “That guy was pretty good. He should go to WWE”.
Great show.
I’ve said before but I think one of the issues here is that Tony is a massive fan of NJPW and often looks to emulate their PPV card structure. NJPW cards typically build to a climax with the big matches back to back and tend not to feature cool down matches or spots. Problem is western audiences haven’t been conditioned for that over the last 40 years, so often results in burnout. Personally I would have laid out the card like below giving breathing spaces, opening with the Steel Cage match and building to the Hollywood Ending as the main event.
Storm vs. May
Mox vs. Cope
Hangman vs. MJF
Hurt Syndicate vs. Outrunners
Takeshita vs. Omega
Swerve vs. Ricochet
Okada vs. King
Mone vs. Watanabe
Ospreay vs. Fletcher
Great episode.
Very good show, but the ending is what people remember. WWE ended Elimination Chamber with a huge heel turn. AEW ended Revolution with that abominable ending.
it doesn’t totally undo a great show, but it might have done more harm than good.
Very good show
I can already see Trips the mark statues, Trips the mark with a 20 minutes speech, the camera focusing onTrips the mark every 30 seconds when he is on the crowd.
Great show.
I’m glad they are bringing it back to a nice venue. The idea of hosting it immediately after Smackdown is insane. Why not put a highlight show or broadcast the Hall of Fame instead of airing Smackdown that week.
best of the best
Very good show tonight
