DID YOU ENJOY AEW RAMPAGE ON AUGUST 18 2023?

MJF

August 19, 2023

I’ve been conditioned to see MJF as the enermy of everyone. So having AC go up against him while maintaining their “friendship” gives me a lot of anxiety. I know this will eventually go downhill because of someone’s betrayal but it’s truly a breath of fresh air to feel unsure about how it will actually end up.

August 19, 2023

The only good thing ab the outcasts is tht they are all equal and get opportunities meaning it’s not a leader and her jobber side kicks, Ruby was in the finals of the tournament, Toni was just champ, and saraya is stringing together some wins

AEW Rampage Results: August 18, 2023

The latest episode of AEW Rampage aired on Friday night from the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tennessee. The show was headlined by a tag team match between Hikaru Shida and Skye Blue against Toni Storm and Ruby Soho.

The match was a preview of the four-way match for the AEW Women’s World Championship at All In in September. Shida and Blue were the defending champions, while Storm and Soho were the Outcasts, a heel faction led by Dr. Britt Baker.

The match was a back-and-forth affair, with both teams getting their fair share of offense. In the end, it was Shida who scored the win for her team with a Falcon Arrow on Storm.

After the match, Baker came out to attack Shida and Blue. However, the babyface wrestlers were able to fend her off, setting up a potential brawl between the two teams at All In.

In the other main event, Rey Fenix faced Komander in a singles match. Fenix is one of the most exciting wrestlers in the world, and he put on a show for the fans in Nashville.

Fenix used his incredible speed and agility to outmaneuver Komander, and he eventually scored the win with a Phoenix Splash.

The show also featured a number of other matches, including:

  • Sammy Guevara defeated Jon Cruz
  • ROH Tag Team Champions Aussie Open (Kyle Fletcher and Mark Davis) defeated Ethan Page and Brother Zay

Overall, it was a solid episode of AEW Rampage. The show featured some great matches and built up some excitement for upcoming events, such as All In and the Stadium Stampede.

Here are some of the key takeaways from the show:

  • Hikaru Shida and Skye Blue are still the AEW Women’s World Champions, but they will have a tough challenge at All In from Toni Storm and Ruby Soho.
  • Rey Fenix is one of the most exciting wrestlers in the world, and he is a contender for any title in AEW.
  • The ROH Tag Team Champions, Aussie Open, are still going strong. They will be looking to defend their titles at All In.
  • Sammy Guevara is still one of the most popular wrestlers in AEW. He is looking to continue his momentum heading into All Out.

I hope you enjoyed this blog article about the results of AEW Rampage on August 18, 2023. Please let me know if you have any questions or feedback.

Here are some additional thoughts on the show:

  • I was really impressed with Toni Storm in the main event. She has been out of action for a while, but she looked like she never missed a beat. She is a major threat to Shida’s title at All In.
  • I also enjoyed the match between Rey Fenix and Komander. Fenix is always a joy to watch, and he put on a great show for the fans in Nashville.
  • I’m excited to see what happens at All In. There are a lot of great matches being built up, and I can’t wait to see how they all play out.
