FTR defeated Bullet Club (Jay White & El Phantasmo) to advance to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament.
Britt Baker defeated Ruby Soho to retain the AEW Women’s World Championship.
Wardlow defeated Scorpio Sky to win the TNT Championship.
House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews) defeated Death Triangle (PAC, Penta El Zero Miedo, & Rey Fenix).
The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson) defeated The Hardys (Jeff Hardy & Matt Hardy) to retain the AEW World Tag Team Championship.
Here are some of the highlights from the show:
CM Punk and Samoa Joe put on a classic wrestling match, with both men giving it their all. In the end, it was Punk who got the win, scoring his first victory over Joe in his career.
FTR and Bullet Club put on a high-flying, action-packed match. In the end, it was FTR who came out on top, advancing to the finals of the Owen Hart Foundation Men’s Tournament.
Britt Baker and Ruby Soho had a hard-fought match for the AEW Women’s World Championship. In the end, it was Baker who retained her title, thanks to some interference from Jamie Hayter.
Wardlow and Scorpio Sky had a physical match for the TNT Championship. In the end, it was Wardlow who won the match, thanks to a powerbomb symphony.
House of Black and Death Triangle had a chaotic match. In the end, it was House of Black who won the match, thanks to a Black Mass from Malakai Black to PAC.
The Young Bucks and The Hardys had a back-and-forth match for the AEW World Tag Team Championship. In the end, it was The Young Bucks who retained their titles, thanks to a Meltzer Driver from Nick Jackson to Jeff Hardy.
Overall, AEW Collision Live was a great show with some exciting matches. It will be interesting to see what happens next on AEW Dynamite and Rampage.
