Whether you’re tuning in live online or soaking up every moment from home, this event is set to deliver the kind of spectacle only WWE can provide.
In this exclusive, in-depth preview, we’ll break down every major match, analyze the hottest storylines, and predict the potential show-stealing moments that could define this edition of LFG Live. Buckle up—this is going to be one wild ride.
The Stakes Are Higher Than Ever: What Makes WWE LFG Live Must-See?
WWE’s LFG (Let’s F’n Go) Live series has quickly become a fan-favorite, blending the intensity of pay-per-view events with the unpredictability of live television. Unlike traditional PPVs, LFG Live thrives on last-minute twists, unannounced matches, and shocking returns, making every second must-watch material.
With WrestleMania 41 on the horizon, this event serves as a crucial battleground for Superstars looking to cement their legacies. Championships will be defended, grudges will be settled, and careers could change forever.
Confirmed Matches & Breakdowns
1. World Heavyweight Championship: Damian Priest (c) vs. Gunther – The Ring General Demands His Crown
The Story So Far:
Since dethroning Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 40, Damian Priest has held the World Heavyweight Championship with an iron grip. But Gunther, the longest-reigning Intercontinental Champion in history, has set his sights on Priest’s gold after decimating the competition.
Why It Matters:
- Gunther’s first shot at the World Title—will he continue his dominant streak?
- Priest’s Judgement Day faction could play a major role—will Finn Bálor, JD McDonagh, or Dominik Mysterio interfere?
- A potential show-stealing classic—both men excel in hard-hitting, physical battles.
Prediction: Gunther wins via submission, but Priest retains due to outside interference, setting up a rematch at Backlash.
2. Women’s World Championship: Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Becky Lynch – The Man vs. The Eradicator
The Story So Far:
Rhea Ripley has been an unstoppable force, dominating the women’s division for over a year. But Becky Lynch, after a grueling journey back to the top, has vowed to reclaim the title she never lost.
Why It Matters:
- Becky’s last major title opportunity—if she loses, will she step back?
- Ripley’s dominance—can anyone truly dethrone her?
- Potential interference from Liv Morgan, who has been stalking Ripley for weeks.
Prediction: Rhea retains after Liv Morgan costs Becky the match, igniting a new feud.
3. Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships: The Bloodline (Solo Sikoa & Tama Tonga) vs. Kevin Owens & Randy Orton
The Story So Far:
With Roman Reigns temporarily out of action, Solo Sikoa has taken control of The Bloodline, introducing Tama Tonga as his new enforcer. Owens & Orton, two veterans with a mutual disdain for The Bloodline, have united for one goal: to dismantle them.
Why It Matters:
- Is this the beginning of a new Bloodline era?
- Owens & Orton’s chemistry—can they co-exist long enough to win?
- Potential surprise return—could Roman or even The Rock show up?
Prediction: The Bloodline retains after Jimmy Uso interferes, leading to a future six-man tag explosion.
4. Intercontinental Championship: Sami Zayn (c) vs. Bron Breakker – David vs. Goliath
The Story So Far:
Sami Zayn’s underdog reign has been inspirational, but Bron Breakker is a wrecking machine who has demolished everyone in his path. This is Zayn’s toughest challenge yet.
Why It Matters:
- Can Sami survive Breakker’s raw power?
- Will Breakker’s temper cost him?
- A potential match of the night contender.
Prediction: Breakker wins via brutal spear, ending Sami’s feel-good reign.
5. Grudge Match: LA Knight vs. AJ Styles – The Megastar vs. The Phenomenal One
The Story So Far:
After weeks of verbal jabs and sneak attacks, these two finally collide in what promises to be a technical and brawling masterpiece.
Why It Matters:
- Both men need a win to stay in title contention.
- High-flying vs. hard-hitting—who imposes their style?
- Potential MITB implications.
Prediction: LA Knight wins after a Bladerunner, setting up a future US Title feud.
Potential Surprises & Wildcards
1. The Return of CM Punk?
Rumors have been swirling that CM Punk could make his return soon. Will LFG Live be the night?
2. Jade Cargill’s Next Target
After demolishing the women’s division, who steps up to challenge her?
3. New NXT Call-Ups
With NXT Stand & Deliver just behind us, could we see fresh faces like Trick Williams or Ilja Dragunov debut?

WWE Analyst & Lead Writer
Very good show
I think his Ic run being so long hurt him as a credible world champion. It’s like he fought all the same guys and crushed them for a mid card belt now we are supposed to believe they are an actual challenge to him as a world champion? Lol when they took the intercontinental title off of him they should have moved him to SmackDown and put a new list of challengers in front of him. And moved Cody and the WWE championship to raw
Very good episode,
imagine being deluded enough to think a multi billion dollar company with guys who literally have wrestling in their blood hot shoted a heel turn storyline because they booked themselves into a corner. are you serious dude? that is the most ridiculous thing i have read in a minute lol. good luck bro.
Great episode.
Punk/Cody was there for the taking and Cena could’ve gone up against Gunther.
They knee jerked a heel turn because they booked themselves into a nepotism corner
Very good show
honestly don’t get the hate. like sure, there’s no major story here YET. But Punk/Rollins/Reigns has a lot of potential to be a high quality match. I’m legit looking forward to it and love that these three have wound up in a match together.
Great episode.
The triple threat match between them at Wrestlemania is gonna be awesome. Super stoked for this match
Great show
Let’s mention the women’s match in every live/hate challenge. Easiest task for this group of “journalists” ever. Each one of these love/hates are more embarrassing than the last. We get it, women’s wrestling is amazing and should main event every show and if a women’s match is bad it’s because where it is on the card or the booking it’s never the talent, all the women are top tier wrestlers.
Very good show
You wanna find out who the real simps and shills are? Mark down anybody who defends that main event match! Even the diehard AEW fans are crapping on that main event. It was terrible.
This Moxley stuff is stinking out the entire show and the dude seems to think he is Brock Lesnar.
The sad part is that this wasn’t a terrible show overall and with all things taken into an account. But at the end of the day, a bad ending can ruin a whole show for a lot of people. “Game of Thrones season 8” style.
Great show
So the crux of it all is that the PLE started strong…then ended with a sour belch.
The fans most remember how you left them and the fans are going to remember this show with a resounding “bleh”!
And any casual fan who watched with their buddies who are more diehard fans, may have left the viewing saying aloud, “That guy was pretty good. He should go to WWE”.
Great show.
I’ve said before but I think one of the issues here is that Tony is a massive fan of NJPW and often looks to emulate their PPV card structure. NJPW cards typically build to a climax with the big matches back to back and tend not to feature cool down matches or spots. Problem is western audiences haven’t been conditioned for that over the last 40 years, so often results in burnout. Personally I would have laid out the card like below giving breathing spaces, opening with the Steel Cage match and building to the Hollywood Ending as the main event.
Storm vs. May
Mox vs. Cope
Hangman vs. MJF
Hurt Syndicate vs. Outrunners
Takeshita vs. Omega
Swerve vs. Ricochet
Okada vs. King
Mone vs. Watanabe
Ospreay vs. Fletcher
Great episode.
Very good show, but the ending is what people remember. WWE ended Elimination Chamber with a huge heel turn. AEW ended Revolution with that abominable ending.
it doesn’t totally undo a great show, but it might have done more harm than good.
Very good show
I can already see Trips the mark statues, Trips the mark with a 20 minutes speech, the camera focusing onTrips the mark every 30 seconds when he is on the crowd.
Great show.
I’m glad they are bringing it back to a nice venue. The idea of hosting it immediately after Smackdown is insane. Why not put a highlight show or broadcast the Hall of Fame instead of airing Smackdown that week.
best of the best
Very good show tonight
