DID YOU ENJOY THE AEW COLLISION ON OCTOBER 21ST 2023?
Collision was great,
battle of the belts was alright. Didn’t find myself too exhausted.
JR announcing it
JR should be saved for big match after sit down interview let him be agent for that storyline so he’s invested and match has bigger feel to it
Was there live and had a blast.
First time for me and my wife seeing a live event. There was a drunk old dude behind us who every time the lights went out “it’s house of black again?” And weirdly he was actually right like half the time
Great night of wrestling.
I had such a blast tonight
AEW hater for the past couple months
I’ve regretfully been an AEW hater for the past couple months but these were a great 3 hours of wrestling. I’ve been a Moxley hater for longer and I thought his run-in made him feel like a mega-star!
ROB VAN DAM
Also MOTHERFUCKIN ROB VAN DAM IS BACK IN PHILLY ON WEDNESDAY
HOLY SHIT OKADA ON DYNAMITE NEXT WEEK
-Danielson vs Andrade was fantastic -House Black repeatedly interfering in the show was awesome -Happy to see Mox back! I like Orange starting shit immediately I am pumped for that rematch
HOUSE OF BLACK IS BACK oh lord
That was such a fun evening of wrestling. Storylines progressed, the crowd did its job and sounded nice on tv, I laughed too many times at Nigel, Okada is up on Wednesday just like that…and
Wrestling can finally
Man I miss Mox. Also OTT Wrestling can finally breath a sigh of relief as Mox is likely cleared for their shows this weekend.
Barring the interim tnt title win
They really ought to let a title change hands at one of the BOTB sometime. Barring the interim tnt title win, has that even happened yet?
Battle of the Belts
I really just take the extra hour of Battle of the Belts as just extra wrestling at this point even though it could really be built as a compelling TV special if effort was put into it. Put the Tag-team, International, and World championships on there in matches that could go either way and suddenly the complaints go away.
Garcia dancing cost them the match, loving that story.
Glad Collision is still being treated as an important show to follow week to week.
Return of Malakai and the House of Black going after everyone.
Danielson vs Andrade.
Crazy street fight from Eddie Kingston.
Big show ending brawl from multiple factions.
Starks, Miro and Bullet Club Gold continuing to be mainstays on tv.
Next week we getting MJF and Kenny Omega, really excited to see what they are going to do.
Fun BOTB too.
Cassidy and Moxley may be headed to some kind of gimmick match.
Willow and Kris delivered. Glad Willow may not be actually turning she is too good as a babyface.
I love the storyline development of OC.
He’s loved and lost the belt before. It both built and destroyed him. He’s rebuilt himself after losing it, and now that he has it again, he isn’t losing it. No more jokes, no more comedy, OC became his own worst enemy. Before he could afford to try. Now he can’t afford not to try.
Insane
When people complain about a AEW PPV card looking like a Dynamite card it’s because Tony can just casually drop an Okada match on a Wednesday like a madman.
Thought Collision ruled.
Fun storyline thread with all the HOB appearances, plus the Danielson/Andrade match was a blast.
BOTB is worth mostly for Willow/Stat, that match ruled.
