DID YOU ENJOY WWE SMACKDOWN ON SEPTEMBER 8TH 2023?
Usos will get their wish and get their 1v1 match at WM
Usos will get their wish and get their 1v1 match at WM and Solo will be done with Roman by then, leaving nobody to help Tribal Queef beat Cody.
Better for AJ Styles to turn heel or stay face?
Idk but Karrion mentioned brotherhood few weeks back, so it seems like OC becomes Karrion’s minions or something
AJ Styles makin easy money
AJ Styles makin easy money until he retires after his current contract.
This match is boring AF,
which is sad because both of these guys have proven they can deliver much better.
Montez is the new People’s Champion & eventual HOFer.
I hope the Lashley/ Street Profits faction plays out similarly to the way Nation of Domination did back in the day. Add a few more guys, with Lashley being the leader. Gradually, have Montez hint at taking it over, until he finally turns on Lashley and boots him out. Similar to the Rock/Farooq angle. Before you know it,
Duo?? 😎😎
If Solo is with Paul does that make him…
What a waste of a main event.
This entire match is just Jimmmy Uso genuflecting to the same Bloodline he just quit a couple months ago with his brother.
Hitchcock every single week
Paul Heyman is looking more and more like Alfred Hitchcock every single week
Jimmy’s and Jey’s
Jimmy’s and Jey’s match against AJ are really similar
distracted.
Solo clearly sees a baddie in the crowd and is distracted.
Judgment Day trash talk the Bloodline
I’m sorry this is fucking stupid you can’t have Judgment Day trash talk the Bloodline and then come out to fucking help them it’s fucking stupid
Styles won the fucking match.
And now…the JD attack him??
Is the WWE gonna merge their two bloated storylines into one??
What are they even doing here?
We are almost at WarGames
We are almost at WarGames guys so maybe that’s setting that up 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️😂😂😂
Would give him more direction.
So what would y’all think if they threw Jimmy into JD?
JD did not trash talk the bloodline they trash talked Roman,
I think the angle would be to get JD associated with Jey and Solo and leave Roman with no help.
Was a great show again,
everyone did good, Shotzi new style is great, was happy to see Charlotte too. Also i think Dominik is about to set a new BOOO world records, im waiting for the day he can put a word without being boo, but i dont think it will ever happen, this is just get louder and louder, this is great lol. Ridge also impress me tonight, was a good fight wit JD. Was also fun to see Jimmy fight alone tonight, the feud with bloodline and JD just get more interessting sudenly, they played with jey head last week and now its solo/jimmy, great match from everyone tonight, great crowd too, great show, i enjoy it.
Era of long term storytelling…
I have no idea what tf that finish was but since we’re in the era of long term storytelling…
Dom tries to recruit Jey. Finn and Damien feed AJ to Solo. Jey never said he hated his family, he was just sick of fighting them. He tries to warn Solo and Jimmy but they don’t listen.
JD tries to form an unholy alliance with Bloodline. They partner up for Survivor Series. After they put down the Raw all star team, JD turns on Bloodline. Damien sets his cash in for Royal Rumble. Overbooked finish, Roman retains.
Gets the briefcase off of Priest, allows Gunther to win the Royal Rumble, sets up Jimmy v Jey at WrestleMania, ultimately sets up Cody v Roman.
Aj styles
Aj styles was super suspect with this comment ” Jimmy Uso can jump me from behind as many times as he wants to”…….That is a cause to pause
warms my heart.
Shotzi getting a win with a DDT just warms my heart.
show was okay
It’s nice to be able to skip commercials but the shows are way less exciting to watch without all of you fine folks to discuss with.
Overall, show was okay. I’m actually pretty excited to see where this stuff with Jimmy goes. I could be wrong, but I think it’d be foolish to take it on face value. He’s shown that he’s gonna stay loyal to Jey no matter what. I don’t think his true motive is getting back in the Bloodline and going backwards with it. I think it’s part of a larger plan of some sort.
I need to believe this, otherwise that means the Bloodline story has been ruined. I’m not ready to face that reality yet.
test the waters.
Wish LA would’ve said “this dummy to my right” just to test the waters.
everyone is getting worse in acting.
When Shotzi kicked Bailey, she fell to her knees in a comical manner. before giving tag to flair.
silly acting of butch from pole to damian priest hand for getting smack from him before pinfall of his team.
This was the funny one when jimmies headbutt to AJ in last 3.28 min
LA Knight is underrated in ring.
LA Knight is underrated in ring. That Russian leg sweep looked very Bret Harteseque
Boston crowd
I loved how the Boston crowd started whistling when Ridge Holland said “i break men”
Bloodline
Bloodline sucks

Shotzi hit a cannonball in the corner on Bayley, and Flair followed up with Natural Selection for the win.

The Judgment Day Defeats The Brawling Brutes
The third match of the night saw The Judgment Day (Edge, Damian Priest, and Rhea Ripley) take on The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland and Butch). The Judgment Day dominated the match from start to finish, and Ripley pinned Butch for the win.
AJ Styles Defeats Jimmy Uso
The main event of the night saw AJ Styles face Jimmy Uso. The match was a grudge match, with Styles looking to avenge his loss to Uso at SummerSlam. The match was a hard-fought battle, but Styles eventually won by pinfall after hitting the Phenomenal Forearm.
Overall, it was a solid night of action on SmackDown. The matches were all well-wrestled, and there were some exciting moments throughout the show. The Judgment Day continues to look like a dominant force, and AJ Styles got his revenge on Jimmy Uso. It will be interesting to see what happens next on SmackDown.
Here are some additional thoughts on the show:
- Charlotte Flair and Shotzi Blackheart continue to impress. They are a great team, and they have a lot of potential.
- LA Knight is a rising star. He is getting better and better every week, and he is a lot of fun to watch.
- The Judgment Day is a force to be reckoned with. They are dominant in the ring, and they have a lot of momentum.
- AJ Styles is still one of the best in the business. He is a great performer, and he always delivers in big matches.
In addition to the matches mentioned above, there were a few other notable moments on SmackDown.
- After the match between Charlotte Flair and Shotzi Blackheart, Asuka came to the ring and confronted IYO SKY. Asuka challenged SKY to a match for the WWE Women’s Championship next week.
- Paul Heyman met with Adam Pearce in his office. Heyman asked Pearce about the compensation he would receive for the trade of Jey Uso to Raw. Pearce told Heyman that it was above his pay grade, and that he would have to take it up with Vince McMahon.
- LA Knight interrupted a promo by The Miz. Knight told Miz that he was willing to give him a rematch next week. Miz accepted the challenge.
Overall, it was a good night of action on SmackDown. The matches were all well-wrestled, and there were some exciting moments throughout the show. I am looking forward to seeing what happens next week.
