AEW Collision Live 3/15/25: The Ultimate Preview of the Most Anticipated Event of the Year
The clock is ticking, the stakes are rising, and the wrestling world is buzzing with anticipation. On March 15, 2025, All Elite Wrestling (AEW) is set to deliver yet another seismic event that will shake the foundations of professional wrestling. AEW Collision Live is not just another pay-per-view—it’s a cultural phenomenon, a spectacle that promises to redefine what it means to be a wrestling fan.
As the date approaches, the excitement is palpable. The card is stacked, the rivalries are white-hot, and the potential for unforgettable moments is sky-high. Whether you’re a die-hard AEW fan or a casual viewer, this event is shaping up to be unmissable. In this comprehensive preview, we’ll dive deep into every match, every storyline, and every reason why AEW Collision Live on March 15, 2025, will be the must-watch event of the year.
The Stage Is Set: What Makes AEW Collision Live Special?
AEW has consistently raised the bar for professional wrestling since its inception. With a perfect blend of athleticism, storytelling, and fan engagement, AEW Collision Live is poised to continue that tradition. This event isn’t just about the matches—it’s about the moments. It’s about the roar of the crowd, the shock of a surprise debut, and the emotional payoff of long-running storylines.
The 15th of March 2025 will mark another chapter in AEW’s legacy, and if history is any indication, this chapter will be unforgettable. From jaw-dropping high-flying maneuvers to brutal brawls, from technical masterclasses to heart-stopping near-falls, AEW Collision Live promises to deliver it all.
The Main Event: A Clash of Titans
At the top of the card, the AEW World Championship will be on the line as reigning champion Maxwell Jacob Friedman (MJF) defends his title against the relentless Kenny Omega. This is a dream match years in the making, pitting two of the most talented and polarizing figures in wrestling against each other.
MJF, the self-proclaimed “Devil,” has been on a historic run as champion, using his cunning and underhanded tactics to outlast every challenger. But Kenny Omega, the “Best Bout Machine,” is a different beast altogether. Omega’s combination of technical prowess, high-risk offense, and unrelenting drive makes him the ultimate threat to MJF’s reign.
The build-up to this match has been nothing short of electric. MJF has taunted Omega at every turn, questioning his legacy and mocking his past failures. Omega, meanwhile, has remained laser-focused, vowing to reclaim the title he once held and cement his status as one of the greatest of all time.
This isn’t just a match—it’s a battle for the soul of AEW. Will MJF’s cunning and ruthlessness prevail, or will Omega’s unparalleled skill and determination carry him to victory? One thing is certain: the AEW World Championship has never been more prestigious, and this match will be a defining moment in the company’s history.
The Tag Team Division Shines: FTR vs. The Young Bucks
If there’s one thing AEW does better than anyone else, it’s tag team wrestling. At Collision Live, the tag team division will take center stage as FTR defends their AEW World Tag Team Championships against their eternal rivals, The Young Bucks.
This is a rivalry that transcends generations. FTR, the old-school technicians, have built their legacy on hard-hitting, no-nonsense wrestling. The Young Bucks, on the other hand, are the high-flying, rule-breaking innovators who have redefined what it means to be a tag team.
Their previous encounters have been nothing short of legendary, and this match promises to be no different. With both teams at the peak of their powers, expect a masterclass in tag team wrestling. From double-team maneuvers to heart-stopping near-falls, this match will have it all.
The stakes couldn’t be higher. FTR has vowed to prove once and for all that they are the greatest tag team of all time, while The Young Bucks are determined to reclaim the titles and solidify their own legacy. This is more than a match—it’s a war.
The Women’s Division Takes Center Stage: Thunder Rosa vs. Jamie Hayter
The AEW Women’s World Championship will be on the line as Thunder Rosa defends her title against the hard-hitting Jamie Hayter. This is a clash of styles, with Rosa’s high-flying, lucha-inspired offense going up against Hayter’s brutal, no-nonsense approach.
The build-up to this match has been intense. Hayter has been on a tear, dismantling every opponent in her path and demanding a shot at the title. Rosa, meanwhile, has embraced her role as champion, vowing to be a fighting champion and prove that she is the best in the world.
This match has all the ingredients to be a show-stealer. Both women are at the top of their game, and their contrasting styles will make for a fascinating dynamic. Will Rosa’s speed and agility be enough to overcome Hayter’s raw power, or will Hayter’s relentless offense prove too much for the champion?
The Rising Stars: AEW’s Future on Display
One of the things that sets AEW apart is its commitment to showcasing young talent. At Collision Live, the future of AEW will be on full display as rising stars like Daniel Garcia, Wheeler Yuta, and Skye Blue look to make their mark.
Garcia, the self-proclaimed “Red Death,” has been on a meteoric rise, earning the respect of fans and veterans alike with his technical prowess and unrelenting drive. Yuta, a member of the Blackpool Combat Club, has been quietly building a reputation as one of the most talented young wrestlers in the world. And Skye Blue, with her high-flying offense and infectious energy, has become a fan favorite.
These young stars represent the future of AEW, and Collision Live will be their chance to prove that they belong on the big stage. Whether they’re competing in singles matches, tag team bouts, or multi-person scrambles, expect these rising stars to deliver performances that will leave fans talking for weeks to come.
The Wildcards: Surprises and Debuts
If there’s one thing AEW is known for, it’s surprises. From shocking debuts to unexpected returns, AEW Collision Live is sure to have its fair share of “holy $#@%!” moments.
Rumors have been swirling about potential debuts and returns, and the speculation is reaching a fever pitch. Could we see the arrival of a major free agent? Will a former champion make their long-awaited return? Or will we witness the debut of a rising star from the independent scene?
One thing is certain: AEW knows how to keep fans on the edge of their seats, and Collision Live will be no exception.

Very good show
I think his Ic run being so long hurt him as a credible world champion. It’s like he fought all the same guys and crushed them for a mid card belt now we are supposed to believe they are an actual challenge to him as a world champion? Lol when they took the intercontinental title off of him they should have moved him to SmackDown and put a new list of challengers in front of him. And moved Cody and the WWE championship to raw
Very good episode,
imagine being deluded enough to think a multi billion dollar company with guys who literally have wrestling in their blood hot shoted a heel turn storyline because they booked themselves into a corner. are you serious dude? that is the most ridiculous thing i have read in a minute lol. good luck bro.
Great episode.
Punk/Cody was there for the taking and Cena could’ve gone up against Gunther.
They knee jerked a heel turn because they booked themselves into a nepotism corner
Very good show
honestly don’t get the hate. like sure, there’s no major story here YET. But Punk/Rollins/Reigns has a lot of potential to be a high quality match. I’m legit looking forward to it and love that these three have wound up in a match together.
Great episode.
The triple threat match between them at Wrestlemania is gonna be awesome. Super stoked for this match
Great show
Let’s mention the women’s match in every live/hate challenge. Easiest task for this group of “journalists” ever. Each one of these love/hates are more embarrassing than the last. We get it, women’s wrestling is amazing and should main event every show and if a women’s match is bad it’s because where it is on the card or the booking it’s never the talent, all the women are top tier wrestlers.
Very good show
You wanna find out who the real simps and shills are? Mark down anybody who defends that main event match! Even the diehard AEW fans are crapping on that main event. It was terrible.
This Moxley stuff is stinking out the entire show and the dude seems to think he is Brock Lesnar.
The sad part is that this wasn’t a terrible show overall and with all things taken into an account. But at the end of the day, a bad ending can ruin a whole show for a lot of people. “Game of Thrones season 8” style.
Great show
So the crux of it all is that the PLE started strong…then ended with a sour belch.
The fans most remember how you left them and the fans are going to remember this show with a resounding “bleh”!
And any casual fan who watched with their buddies who are more diehard fans, may have left the viewing saying aloud, “That guy was pretty good. He should go to WWE”.
Great show.
I’ve said before but I think one of the issues here is that Tony is a massive fan of NJPW and often looks to emulate their PPV card structure. NJPW cards typically build to a climax with the big matches back to back and tend not to feature cool down matches or spots. Problem is western audiences haven’t been conditioned for that over the last 40 years, so often results in burnout. Personally I would have laid out the card like below giving breathing spaces, opening with the Steel Cage match and building to the Hollywood Ending as the main event.
Storm vs. May
Mox vs. Cope
Hangman vs. MJF
Hurt Syndicate vs. Outrunners
Takeshita vs. Omega
Swerve vs. Ricochet
Okada vs. King
Mone vs. Watanabe
Ospreay vs. Fletcher
Great episode.
Very good show, but the ending is what people remember. WWE ended Elimination Chamber with a huge heel turn. AEW ended Revolution with that abominable ending.
it doesn’t totally undo a great show, but it might have done more harm than good.
Very good show
I can already see Trips the mark statues, Trips the mark with a 20 minutes speech, the camera focusing onTrips the mark every 30 seconds when he is on the crowd.
Great show.
I’m glad they are bringing it back to a nice venue. The idea of hosting it immediately after Smackdown is insane. Why not put a highlight show or broadcast the Hall of Fame instead of airing Smackdown that week.
best of the best
Very good show tonight
