WWE RAW Live 3/17/25: A Night of Chaos, Carnage, and Unforgettable Moments – Your Ultimate Preview
The WWE Universe, brace yourselves! March 17, 2025, is not just another Monday night; it’s a night that promises to redefine the very essence of sports entertainment. WWE RAW is back, and this time, it’s bringing the heat like never before. St. Patrick’s Day will be celebrated in style, but not with leprechauns and pots of gold—this year, it’s all about championship gold, bitter rivalries, and the kind of chaos that only WWE can deliver.
As the road to WrestleMania 41 heats up, the stakes have never been higher. Every punch, every slam, and every submission could be the difference between glory and infamy. So, grab your popcorn, settle into your favorite spot on the couch, and get ready for a night of adrenaline-pumping action. Here’s your ultimate preview of WWE RAW Live on March 17, 2025.
The Stage Is Set: What’s at Stake?
WWE RAW has always been the flagship show of WWE, but this episode is shaping up to be one of the most pivotal in recent memory. With WrestleMania just weeks away, every superstar on the roster is fighting tooth and nail to secure their spot on the grandest stage of them all. Championships, pride, and legacies are on the line, and the tension is palpable.
The WWE Championship, the Women’s World Championship, the Tag Team Titles, and the United States Championship are all expected to be in play. But it’s not just about the gold—it’s about sending a message. Who will rise to the occasion? Who will crumble under the pressure? And who will shock the world?
Main Event Madness: The WWE Championship Picture
The WWE Championship scene is hotter than ever, and the main event of RAW promises to be an absolute barnburner. Current champion, “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles, has been on a tear since reclaiming the title at the Royal Rumble. But his reign is far from secure.
Rumors are swirling that Seth “Freakin” Rollins, the self-proclaimed “Visionary,” has his sights set on dethroning Styles. Rollins, who has been embroiled in a bitter feud with Styles for months, has vowed to make RAW his playground and take the title to WrestleMania. But Styles isn’t alone in this fight. Drew McIntyre, the Scottish Warrior, has been lurking in the shadows, waiting for his moment to strike. McIntyre’s path of destruction has left a trail of broken bodies, and he’s made it clear that he’ll stop at nothing to reclaim the WWE Championship.
Will Styles prove why he’s one of the greatest of all time? Will Rollins outsmart the champion? Or will McIntyre’s brute force be too much to handle? One thing’s for sure—this main event will be one for the ages.
Women’s World Championship: A Clash of Titans
The Women’s Division has never been more competitive, and the Women’s World Championship is the crown jewel. Current champion Rhea Ripley, the “Eradicator,” has been an unstoppable force since her return to RAW. Her combination of power, agility, and sheer dominance has left her opponents in the dust. But her next challenge might be her toughest yet.
Becky Lynch, “The Man,” is back and hungrier than ever. After a brief hiatus, Lynch has returned to reclaim her throne, and she’s made it clear that Ripley is standing in her way. The tension between these two has been building for weeks, and it’s only a matter of time before it explodes.
But let’s not forget about Bianca Belair, the “EST of WWE.” Belair has been on a mission to prove that she’s the best in the world, and she’s not about to let Lynch or Ripley steal her spotlight. With all three women at the top of their game, this championship picture is as unpredictable as it gets.
Tag Team Turmoil: Who Will Reign Supreme?
The Tag Team Division has been a highlight of WWE programming in recent months, and RAW is no exception. The current champions, The Usos, have been dominating the division with their unmatched chemistry and ruthless tactics. But their reign is far from secure.
The Street Profits, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins, have been knocking on the door of greatness for years, and they’re determined to finally break through. Their high-flying, high-energy style has made them fan favorites, and they’re ready to bring the smoke to The Usos.
But let’s not count out DIY, the reunited duo of Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa. After years of competing as singles stars, Gargano and Ciampa have reunited to reclaim their spot as one of the best tag teams in the world. Their technical prowess and unbreakable bond make them a serious threat to the champions.
With so much talent in the mix, the Tag Team Division is a powder keg waiting to explode. Who will walk out of RAW with the gold?
United States Championship: Open Challenge Accepted?
The United States Championship has always been a symbol of excellence, and the current champion, Gunther, has elevated it to new heights. The “Ring General” has been a dominant force since his arrival on RAW, and his matches are nothing short of masterclasses in technical wrestling.
But Gunther’s reign has not gone unchallenged. LA Knight, the self-proclaimed “Megastar,” has been nipping at Gunther’s heels, demanding a shot at the title. Knight’s charisma and in-ring ability have made him one of the most popular stars on the roster, and he’s determined to prove that he’s more than just talk.
And then there’s Bobby Lashley, the “All Mighty.” Lashley’s combination of strength and speed makes him a nightmare for any opponent, and he’s made it clear that he wants another shot at the United States Championship.
Will Gunther continue his dominant reign? Will LA Knight finally get his moment in the spotlight? Or will Bobby Lashley prove that he’s still a force to be reckoned with?
The Wildcards: Surprises, Returns, and Shocking Moments
If there’s one thing WWE fans have come to expect, it’s the unexpected. RAW on March 17, 2025, is sure to deliver its fair share of surprises. Will we see the return of a legendary superstar? Could a shocking betrayal change the landscape of WWE? Or will a new star emerge to steal the show?
One thing’s for sure—WWE knows how to keep us on the edge of our seats. Whether it’s a surprise appearance, a jaw-dropping match, or a moment that leaves us speechless, RAW is the place where anything can happen.

Very good show
I think his Ic run being so long hurt him as a credible world champion. It’s like he fought all the same guys and crushed them for a mid card belt now we are supposed to believe they are an actual challenge to him as a world champion? Lol when they took the intercontinental title off of him they should have moved him to SmackDown and put a new list of challengers in front of him. And moved Cody and the WWE championship to raw
Very good episode,
imagine being deluded enough to think a multi billion dollar company with guys who literally have wrestling in their blood hot shoted a heel turn storyline because they booked themselves into a corner. are you serious dude? that is the most ridiculous thing i have read in a minute lol. good luck bro.
Great episode.
Punk/Cody was there for the taking and Cena could’ve gone up against Gunther.
They knee jerked a heel turn because they booked themselves into a nepotism corner
Very good show
honestly don’t get the hate. like sure, there’s no major story here YET. But Punk/Rollins/Reigns has a lot of potential to be a high quality match. I’m legit looking forward to it and love that these three have wound up in a match together.
Great episode.
The triple threat match between them at Wrestlemania is gonna be awesome. Super stoked for this match
Great show
Let’s mention the women’s match in every live/hate challenge. Easiest task for this group of “journalists” ever. Each one of these love/hates are more embarrassing than the last. We get it, women’s wrestling is amazing and should main event every show and if a women’s match is bad it’s because where it is on the card or the booking it’s never the talent, all the women are top tier wrestlers.
Very good show
You wanna find out who the real simps and shills are? Mark down anybody who defends that main event match! Even the diehard AEW fans are crapping on that main event. It was terrible.
This Moxley stuff is stinking out the entire show and the dude seems to think he is Brock Lesnar.
The sad part is that this wasn’t a terrible show overall and with all things taken into an account. But at the end of the day, a bad ending can ruin a whole show for a lot of people. “Game of Thrones season 8” style.
Great show
So the crux of it all is that the PLE started strong…then ended with a sour belch.
The fans most remember how you left them and the fans are going to remember this show with a resounding “bleh”!
And any casual fan who watched with their buddies who are more diehard fans, may have left the viewing saying aloud, “That guy was pretty good. He should go to WWE”.
Great show.
I’ve said before but I think one of the issues here is that Tony is a massive fan of NJPW and often looks to emulate their PPV card structure. NJPW cards typically build to a climax with the big matches back to back and tend not to feature cool down matches or spots. Problem is western audiences haven’t been conditioned for that over the last 40 years, so often results in burnout. Personally I would have laid out the card like below giving breathing spaces, opening with the Steel Cage match and building to the Hollywood Ending as the main event.
Storm vs. May
Mox vs. Cope
Hangman vs. MJF
Hurt Syndicate vs. Outrunners
Takeshita vs. Omega
Swerve vs. Ricochet
Okada vs. King
Mone vs. Watanabe
Ospreay vs. Fletcher
Great episode.
Very good show, but the ending is what people remember. WWE ended Elimination Chamber with a huge heel turn. AEW ended Revolution with that abominable ending.
it doesn’t totally undo a great show, but it might have done more harm than good.
Very good show
I can already see Trips the mark statues, Trips the mark with a 20 minutes speech, the camera focusing onTrips the mark every 30 seconds when he is on the crowd.
Great show.
I’m glad they are bringing it back to a nice venue. The idea of hosting it immediately after Smackdown is insane. Why not put a highlight show or broadcast the Hall of Fame instead of airing Smackdown that week.
best of the best
Very good show tonight

Really don’t like that it’s the Women’s NXT North American Championship.
Really don’t like that it’s the Women’s NXT North American Championship. Besides being an awkward mouthful, it’s too derivative of Men’s midcard title.
