ROH Wrestling 8/31/23 Results: Mogul Embassy Retains Six-Man Tag Team Titles, Zack Sabre Jr. Defeats Metalik

Ring of Honor Wrestling returned to action on August 31, 2023, with a stacked card that featured several title matches and exciting matchups.

In the main event, Zack Sabre Jr. successfully defended his NJPW World TV Championship against Metalik. Sabre Jr. is one of the best technical wrestlers in the world, and he showed it in this match. He used his submission skills to control Metalik throughout the match, and he eventually got the win with the Octopus Stretch.

The Mogul Embassy also retained their ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship. The team of Bishop Kaun, Brian Cage, and Toa Liona defeated Lee Johnson, Darius Martin, and Action Andretti in a hard-fought match. The Embassy used their power and size advantage to their advantage, and they eventually got the win after Kaun pinned Andretti with a spinebuster.

In other matches, Josh Woods defeated John Walters, Emi Sakura defeated Alice Crowley, The Outrunners (Truth Magnum & Turbo Floyd) defeated The Spanish Announce Project (Angelico & Serpentico), Lee Moriarty & The WorkHorsemen (Anthony Henry & JD Drake) defeated Gnarls Garvin, Invictus Khash, and Lord Crewe, and Marina Shafir defeated Angelica Risk.
