DID YOU ENJOY WWE RAW ON SEPTEMBER 25TH 2023?
raw is war
When did I teleport to raw is war 1999. That was awesome!
Attitude Era brawl to end the show
Now that’s a proper Attitude Era brawl to end the show
Great brawl to close the show
Dragon Lee vs Dominik, Drew vs Kofi and Otis vs Reed were the bangers of the night
It’s not a Raw without a Judgement Day main event 😂
RAW is WAR BACK
looks like RAW… is WAR… Games
Becky is great
They did for Tegan today felt really fresh considering we haven’t gotten new faces in a while, so this was nice. They set up an arc this episode to make her eventual match with Becky matter more. It was a bit random in the sense that they never used her as a character because this was her second appearance on Raw and they were talking about her like she’s had this months long arc of being a pushover and she was finally doing something about it… idk what I missed but whatever I’ll take it. Her one episode arc of taking Becky’s advice to go against Natalya and win did a nice job of building her and her match with Becky up, hopefully this continues.
Also Becky is great, two weeks in and she got Nattie and Tegan out of catering and made them more intriguing characters than they have been the rest of this year. The match itself was a nice little showcase for both with the crowd being into it and giving dueling chants. I expected it to be dead but the crowd today was excellent. I’m excited for Becky vs Tegan or even Tiff vs Tegan if she regains the title and they want to show Tiff off on Main Roster. Anyways please give Candice/Indi or Katana/Kayden some buildup next week similar to this.
I get it’s to make Nia a threat, but I hate that it means they’re writing so many prominent women off of TV. Raquel, Rhea, Shayna, and Chelsea/Piper being off TV is just weird considering they were the main focus. Chelsea and Piper’s reign has been really bleh and underwhelming so far sadly, but I’ll excuse it if they do something on Smackdown to officially have Alba Fyre and Isla Dawn as the next challengers or call them out. About Nia vs Zoey, I thought the match was good. Zoey is great and strong af by lifting Nia up, she impressed me. Please don’t have Nia beat Candice or something next week though 😭
I’m excited for next week because of the NXT title match, hoping the main women’s and women’s tag title pictures get sorted out
Dragon Lee vs Dirty Dom
That Dragon Lee vs Dirty Dom match was perfect for showcasing Lee to a new audience and solidifying Dom as a legit champion. Fantastic Match
wwe raw sports-entertained
I’m very sports-entertained tonight
bangers wwe raw
Nothing but bangers tonight
I’ve gotta give props to that crowd.
They were electric for the entire show, even for the matches/segments that would usually get deaded.
And WWE gave them a good reason to be electric, because that was a great show. Basically everything ranged from good to great, with the only outlier being the Nia segment/match which was decent to meh.
Cody needs to be in Wargames
Cody needs to be in Wargames before winning the belt…
Hot crowd!
Excellent episode top to bottom.
Good show. Great crowd.
Let’s do that again sometime, Ontario.
Drew finally having a character again
Its so good to see Drew finally having a character again. He is completely justified but still being a dickhead
it was good chaos tonight
The only bad parts about Raw was Nia and the Lack of Meat Chants. I’m not even pissed about the repeats it was good chaos tonight
Good show
I love when Raw ends in chaos.
Dom joined Judgement Day
If you had told me when Dom joined Judgement Day that he’d be in the match of the night, and it would be a singles match, I’d have said you were crazy. It’s insane how far he’s come. Anyone who doesn’t believe he’s the most improved wrestler of the year is lying to themselves.
Imo RAW has been cooking lately
I thought it was another very entertaining episode.
great episode of raw
That was honestly a great episode of raw. Wish every week was like this lol
wwe raw crowd was amazing
Please bring more events here, the crowd was amazing
feud with Cody
The Drew, Miz, New Day segment Drew’s slow burn heel turn is great and I can’t wait for his feud with Cody.
Cant wait to see what T shirt he gets.
They really just gonna do the Sami / Jey Bloodline story but with JD and Priest now?
next week
Regal just needs to come out next week and say the words.
Damn good Raw
Sami & KO & Cody & Jet Vs. Finn & Priest & Dom & McDonagh is 100% our War Games this year
heel turn by Drew
I’m enjoying the slow burn heel turn by Drew.
War Games is gonna end
War Games is gonna end with Priest hugging JD and accepting him as a member
Cody to win for the judgement day
So what happens if they do go to war and dom pins Cody to win for the judgement day
They chatted for champ
And for that I will forever love this crowd
That was fun
I’m just giggling at the end.
Dom beat Dragon Lee to remain North American Champion
I’m very impressed that Dom beat Dragon Lee to remain North American Champion on his own without Mami. Being in the ring with Dragon Lee helped, but this was Dom’s best match to date IMO
They are going to stretch this beyond comprehension.
I’m down for War Games involving these eight, but SS is still two months away and we still have two PLE’s before then.
find a lot of negatives
I’m sure people could overanalyze it and find a lot of negatives but the bottom line is that was a widely entertaining show and I think one of the best top to bottom three hour Raws ever.
top 3 Raw of 2023
Not only was this a top 3 Raw of 2023 but That crowd was the best Raw crowd of 2023. The only TV crowd that was better this year for WWE was the puerto rico crowd. That Ontario crowd should pat themselves on the back because they were phenomenal.
Raw women’s division
If you’re in the Raw women’s division, you can either be part of the Becky-verse and get a title shot and some possible character development, or the Nia-verse where you get your ass kicked by Nia and possibly get a few weeks off work.
Dominik Mysterio
If I’d have told you last year that Dominik Mysterio would have the MOTN on a RAW, I’d have been institutionalized.
Judgment Day
Dominik’s growth since he joined Judgment Day has been amazing to see
Gunther contract signing and Rhea possibly returning
No idea what to expect next week other than the Gunther contract signing and Rhea possibly returning. First time going to see raw in person lol. Feels weird considering how lukewarm the buildup is for a ppv coming up pretty fast, other than that this episode had a ton of energy
Great Monday Night WWE Raw
This was a great Raw and a fantastic main event, I know some people are sick of JD vs Sami and Friends but they keep giving bangers.
Dom Dom would be in 5 star matches
If you had told me a year ago Dom Dom would be in 5 star matches I would have laughed my ass off. I love that he is getting his shine on now.
Both SD and RAW are on fire
Shows feel more Hunter recently and its been great.
The War Games build is really good.
From an in-ring perspective that was the best RAW of the year, hands down.
With Dom and Damian/Finn, they had the best matches of the night. No wonder the WWE is so high on them.
I don’t care if we’ve seen different combinations of this. You have the biggest babyfaces in WWE against the biggest heel faction in the business. How can you complain about that?
Injecting Jey was a good decision. Adds a new dynamic.
roster vs Nia
if this is the mens war games match, what’s gonna be the girls, every girl on the roster vs Nia
Dominik vs Dragon Lee
Was here live. Dominik vs Dragon Lee was an awesome match.
Judgement Day cheat every 20 seconds
So when Judgement Day cheat every 20 seconds, Adam doesn’t give a shit. When Codey and Jey are out, he comes out and tries to drag them back. What a load of shit.
