Mustafa Ali”!! Stoked

TNA tag team match in the best way

January 26, 2024

Awesome main event that felt like a vintage TNA tag team match in the best way

Alexander

good show with a great surprise

January 26, 2024

AXS TV shitting the bed sucked so it was hard to watch the show but it seemed like a good show with a great surprise at the end that I didn’t see coming.

Can’t wait to watch it later on YouTube to see a clear version of the episode.

Nice to see TNA continue the good mojo they got working these days

Isabella

Big W for TNA.

January 26, 2024

I really thought he was AEW bound –

Tyler

Really hyped for Ali!

January 26, 2024

My AXS feed was really messed up so I didn’t get to watch the episode how I wanted to, but the clips I did catch were really good

Terry

Another strong episode to kick off the new era.

January 26, 2024

I’m happy Shelley and Okada got another match together before Okada jumps to WWE or AEW, but I look forward to next week when they can do substantial promos and angles with Moose and Shelley furthering their feud. It feels like we missed out on some big story and character beats the past 2 shows.

System still don’t feel like the top act/top heels to me. They had unmemorable 2023’s, were ice cold going into HTK, didn’t get a big segment last week to establish themselves and lost their first ever trios match, which nobody expected them to win. I worry I’ll be interested in their rivals far more than them and the rivals will determine my excitement level for feuds. Myers is a solid hand, but he feels out of place in a main event stable, and Eddie doing the most talking in a group promo isn’t good. They aren’t bad. They just aren’t a group of people who excite me, especially after they all had such a meh 2023.

Bey/Knight was fun. I hope Knight can get a storyline and a win soon if he’s going to be a regular. Nemeth looked good in his debut. I hope his feud with Maclin is more than weekly brawls.

Jordynne/Trinity was great. Trinity had her 2 best showings on her way out.

They don’t need to waste TV time on Dango & Oleg squash matches.

Eugene

I cannot wait.

TNA iMPACT! 1/25/24: A Night of Legends, Rising Stars, and the Crossroads of Champions

The air crackled with anticipation in the January 25th edition of TNA iMPACT! The echoes of Turning Point still resonated, and the road to Genesis was paved with uncertainty. Legends clashed, new faces rose, and championships hung in the balance as the stars of TNA grappled for dominance in the ring.

The Rainmaker Returns: The main event detonated like a blockbuster. The Rainmaker, Kazuchika Okada, stormed TNA alongside the Motor City Machine Guns, Chris Sabin and Alex Shelley, their eyes set on the formidable System – Moose, Brian Myers, and Eddie Edwards. The tension was palpable as the bell echoed – Okada’s gravity pulling the crowd into his orbit, the Machine Guns a whirlwind of synchronized fury, and the System a wall of brute force and cunning strategy.

The match was a symphony of chaos and precision. Okada’s Rainmaker Drop was a near-decimating blow to Moose, while Sabin and Shelley’s tandem maneuvers were a blur of high-flying artistry. Myers and Edwards proved no slouches, their veteran tactics and ruthless aggression keeping the Machine Guns and Okada on their toes. The climax arrived with a three-way pin attempt, a tangle of limbs and desperation that left the crowd breathless. In the end, Okada, fueled by the roaring chants of “Rainmaker!”, unleashed a devastating DDT on Myers, securing the victory and cementing his presence as a force to be reckoned with in TNA.

The Crossroads of Champions: Jordynne Grace, the reigning Knockouts Champion, faced a formidable challenger in the veteran Trinity. This was more than just a title match; it was a clash of generations, a battle between the established queen and the hungry contender. Grace, a powerhouse of athleticism and resilience, dominated the early exchanges with her signature powerbombs and suplexes. Trinity, however, was a wily veteran, using her experience to exploit Grace’s vulnerabilities and counter her attacks with lightning-fast strikes.

The match was a roller coaster of near falls and desperation. Grace’s moonsault was met by Trinity’s perfectly timed kick-out, while Trinity’s trademark DDT nearly dethroned the champion. The crowd roared with every counter, every exchange, their allegiance torn between the established champion and the challenger’s heart. In the end, Grace, fueled by the roar of the crowd, unleashed a thunderous Grace Driver, pinning Trinity and retaining her title. The victory was a testament to Grace’s resilience and her reign as the Knockouts Champion, but the respect shared between the two warriors in the ring after the match hinted at a future rematch, one that promises to be even more epic.

The Rise of the New: Beyond the main event and the championship clashes, TNA iMPACT! witnessed the rise of new stars. Nic Nemeth, the former Dolph Ziggler, made his electrifying TNA debut against Zachary Wentz of the Rascalz. Nemeth, with his signature swagger and showmanship, proved he was more than just a pretty face. His agility and technical expertise were on display as he traded blows with Wentz, culminating in a thrilling victory that solidified his place as a force to be reckoned with in the X-Division.

Elsewhere, the high-flying Chris Bey, the reigning X-Division Champion, defended his title against the hard-hitting Kevin Knight. The match was a showcase of aerial artistry and brutal strikes, with Bey’s moonsaults and Knight’s devastating powerbombs keeping the crowd on the edge of their seats. In the end, Bey, with his signature Beautiful Driver, retained his title, but Knight’s valiant performance proved he is a name to remember in the X-Division.

Unveiling the Threads of Destiny: Throughout the night, vignettes hinted at the growing tension between factions, rivalries simmering beneath the surface. The feud between Sami Callihan and Rich Swann took an unexpected turn with the revelation of a mysterious “Project X,” promising to reshape the landscape of TNA. Tensions also rose between the Aces & Eights and the newly formed alliance of Johnny Impact, Matt Hardy, and Rhino. The seeds of future clashes were sown, leaving the audience eager for the next chapter in the ongoing saga of TNA.

A Night of Echoes and Futures: TNA iMPACT! 1/25/24 was more than just a night of wrestling. It was a crossroads of legacies, a battleground for rising stars, and a glimpse into the future of TNA. The Rainmaker arrived, a storm threatening to reshape the landscape. Champions were tested, new stars shone, and the threads of destiny were woven tighter. As the final echoes of the night faded, one thing was clear: TNA iMPACT! is on the precipice of something extraordinary, and the road to Genesis is paved with unforgettable moments.

The Juggernaut’s Rematch: TNA Impact Explodes with High-Stakes Collisions!

The echoes of Hard To Kill still reverberate through the Impact Zone, leaving fans breathless and hungry for more. But guess what? We don’t have to wait! This Thursday, January 25th, TNA Impact returns with a night of championship rematches, fiery debuts, and adrenaline-pumping singles action that promises to set the ring ablaze. So, buckle up, Impact Nation, because we’re about to dive headfirst into the chaos!

Trinity vs. Jordynne Grace: Rematch for the Knockouts World Championship

At Hard To Kill, Jordynne Grace unleashed an unstoppable force, dethroning the reigning champion, Trinity, in a brutal No DQ match. The victory cemented Grace’s legacy as a three-time Knockouts World Champion, but the war is far from over. Trinity, fueled by fiery vengeance, has invoked her contractual rematch, and the air is thick with anticipation. Will Grace, the reigning “Juggernaut,” be able to weather the storm of Trinity’s fury? Or will the “TNA Queen” reclaim her crown in a battle for the ages?

This rematch promises to be a spectacle unlike any other. Both women are powerhouses, capable of unleashing devastating strikes and gravity-defying maneuvers. Expect a whirlwind of suplexes, clotheslines that could level buildings, and near falls that will have you teetering on the edge of your seat. But the story goes beyond the physical. This is a clash of titans, two warriors with unwavering determination and insatiable hunger for gold. Can Grace maintain her dominance, or will Trinity reclaim her throne with a ruthless display of power?

Nemeth vs. Zachary Wentz: The Ultimate Finesser Takes Flight

One of the most intriguing debuts of Hard To Kill was undoubtedly “The Ultimate Finesser,” Matthew Nemeth. With his charisma oozing from every pore and a swagger that could rival Ric Flair, Nemeth made it clear he wasn’t here to mess around. His in-ring debut finally arrives this Thursday, and he’ll be facing none other than Zachary Wentz, the high-flying half of the Rascalz.

This match is a clash of styles like no other. Nemeth, with his technical prowess and sly strategizing, will look to exploit every opening. Wentz, on the other hand, is a whirlwind of aerial acrobatics and gravity-defying maneuvers. Expect moonsaults, death-defying dives, and enough flips and twists to make your head spin. But don’t underestimate Nemeth’s cunning. He’s not just about flash; he’s a master of opportunism and can turn the tide of a match with a single well-placed maneuver.

This isn’t just a debut match; it’s a statement. Nemeth aims to prove he belongs in the upper echelon of TNA, and a victory over Wentz would be a major stepping stone. But Wentz won’t go down without a fight. He’s a seasoned veteran with aerial artistry that can steal the show, and he’ll be looking to prove his own worth against a rising star. This match has the potential to be a classic, a showcase of athleticism and strategy that will leave you breathless.

Ace Austin vs. Kevin Knight: ABC’s Momentum Keeps Rolling?

While the spotlight was on the Knockouts and Nemeth’s debut at Hard To Kill, let’s not forget the current TNA World Tag Team Champions, Ace Austin and Chris Bey, collectively known as “The Superstars of the Sky, ABC.” Their victory over three formidable teams was a testament to their aerial precision and teamwork. But what’s next for the champions?

On Thursday, Bey takes a break from tag team glory to face the tenacious Kevin Knight. Knight is a powerhouse with a relentless fighting spirit, and he won’t back down from any challenge. This match promises to be a clash of styles, with Bey’s acrobatics and daredevil maneuvers pitted against Knight’s raw power and unrelenting offense.

This isn’t just a singles match; it’s a test for ABC’s momentum. Can Bey maintain their winning streak and prove that their championship victory wasn’t a fluke? Or will Knight’s grit and determination be enough to knock the “Superstars of the Sky” off their high? This is a match that could have major implications for the future of the tag team division, and it’s one you won’t want to miss.
