WWE WrestleMania 41 Night 2 Preview: The Grandest Stage Awaits Its Epic Conclusion
April 20, 2025 – Live on PPV
The lights dim, the crowd roars, and history is about to be made—WrestleMania 41 Night 2 is upon us! After an electrifying Night 1 that left the WWE Universe breathless, the stakes have never been higher as the Superstars of WWE prepare to deliver another unforgettable spectacle.
From championship clashes to grudge matches that have been years in the making, WrestleMania 41 Night 2 promises to be an explosive finale to the biggest event in sports entertainment. Who will rise to immortality? Who will crumble under the pressure? And what shocking moments will be etched into WrestleMania lore forever?
Let’s break down every confirmed match, analyze the rivalries, and predict what could go down on April 20, 2025, as WWE takes over [venue name] for a night of chaos, drama, and pure adrenaline.
Main Event: The Undisputed WWE Universal Championship – Cody Rhodes vs. The Rock
“Final Boss” vs. “The American Nightmare” – The Battle for Legacy
The biggest match in WrestleMania history? Quite possibly. Cody Rhodes, the reigning Undisputed WWE Universal Champion, has carried the weight of WWE on his shoulders since dethroning Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 40. But now, he faces his greatest challenge yet—The Rock, the People’s Champion, the most electrifying man in sports entertainment, and a man who has returned to claim what he believes is rightfully his.
This isn’t just about the title—it’s about legacy, pride, and dominance. The Rock has vowed to end Cody’s fairytale run, while Rhodes has sworn to prove that he is the true face of WWE. With rumors swirling that Roman Reigns may interfere, and whispers of a potential Bloodline power struggle, this match could redefine WWE’s future.
Prediction: The Rock’s experience and mind games give him an edge, but Cody’s resilience will shine. After a brutal war, Rhodes narrowly escapes with the title—only for Roman Reigns to return and lay waste to both men, setting up a colossal triple threat at SummerSlam.
World Heavyweight Championship – Gunther (c) vs. Bron Breakker
The Ring General vs. The Next Big Thing – A Collision of Titans
Gunther’s historic reign as World Heavyweight Champion has been nothing short of dominant. But standing across from him is a man who embodies pure, unrelenting destruction—Bron Breakker. The second-generation Superstar has bulldozed through every opponent in his path, and now, he looks to claim his first world title on the grandest stage.
This is a battle of raw power vs. technical mastery. Gunther’s chops could shatter bones, but Breakker’s spear might just shatter Gunther’s reign. With Paul Heyman lurking at ringside (rumored to be advising Breakker), the mind games could play a pivotal role.
Prediction: Breakker’s explosiveness secures him the victory, ending Gunther’s legendary reign and ushering in a new era of dominance.
WWE Women’s Championship – Rhea Ripley (c) vs. Becky Lynch
The Eradicator vs. The Man – A Clash of Generations
Rhea Ripley has been an unstoppable force, dominating the women’s division with her brutal strength and unshakable confidence. But Becky Lynch, the ultimate opportunist, has clawed her way back to the top for one more shot at glory.
This is more than a title match—it’s a passing of the torch… or a reclaiming of the throne. Will Ripley solidify herself as the face of WWE’s women’s division, or will Lynch prove that “The Man” still runs the show?
Prediction: Ripley retains after a war, but Lynch’s resilience earns her respect, setting up a future rematch at SummerSlam.
Grudge Match – Seth “Freakin” Rollins vs. CM Punk
The Visionary vs. The Best in the World – A Battle of Egos
The rivalry between Seth Rollins and CM Punk has been personal, vicious, and downright chaotic. From verbal jabs on Raw to backstage brawls, these two have held nothing back. Now, at WrestleMania, they settle the score once and for all.
Punk has vowed to prove he’s still the Best in the World, while Rollins is determined to show that Punk’s time has passed. With rumors of AJ Styles or Samoa Joe possibly interfering, this could descend into absolute anarchy.
Prediction: Punk steals the win with a controversial low blow and GTS, sparking a post-match brawl that leads to a No Disqualification Rematch at Backlash.
Intercontinental Championship – Sami Zayn (c) vs. Drew McIntyre
Underdog vs. Scottish Psychopath – Redemption or Retribution?
Sami Zayn’s feel-good Intercontinental Championship run has been one of WWE’s best stories. But Drew McIntyre is a man possessed—after years of near-misses and heartbreaks, he’s out to destroy anyone in his path.
McIntyre has promised to “break Zayn in half,” while Sami has vowed to keep proving the doubters wrong. The emotional stakes here are sky-high.
Prediction: McIntyre demolishes Zayn, winning the title in a brutal fashion—only for Kevin Owens to make a shocking return and confront Drew, reigniting their storied rivalry.
Tag Team Turmoil – The Judgment Day vs. Awesome Truth vs. A-Town Down Under
Triple Threat for the Undisputed Tag Team Championships
Chaos reigns in the tag team division as Finn Bálor & JD McDonagh (Judgment Day) defend against The Miz & R-Truth (Awesome Truth) and Austin Theory & Grayson Waller (A-Town Down Under) in a high-stakes triple threat.
With R-Truth’s hilarious antics, Theory & Waller’s cocky arrogance, and Judgment Day’s sinister tactics, this could be the most unpredictable match of the night.
Prediction: Judgment Day retains after McDonagh pins R-Truth, but the real story is DIY (Johnny Gargano & Tommaso Ciampa) returning to challenge them the next night on Raw.
Special Attraction Match – Logan Paul vs. LA Knight (US Championship)
Mega Stars Collide – The People’s Champ vs. The Maverick
LA Knight’s rise has been meteoric, and now he gets his WrestleMania moment against the controversial Logan Paul. The United States Championship is on the line, but the real prize is bragging rights as the top celebrity draw in WWE.
Paul’s athleticism is undeniable, but Knight’s connection with the crowd is unmatched. Expect high-flying stunts, trash talk, and possibly a viral moment.
Prediction: LA Knight finally silences Logan Paul with a Blunt Force Trauma, becoming the new US Champion and sending the crowd into a frenzy.
Final Thoughts: What Else Could Happen?
- Surprise Returns? Names like Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar, or even The Undertaker have been rumored.
- Shocking Betrayals? Could Damian Priest cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase?
- Unscripted Moments? WrestleMania always delivers the unexpected.
Conclusion: The Night Where Legends Are Born
WrestleMania 41 Night 2 isn’t just another show—it’s the culmination of a year’s worth of storytelling, rivalries, and dreams. Every match has the potential to steal the show, and every superstar will leave it all in the ring.
Who will stand tall when the dust settles? Tune in LIVE on April 20, 2025, to witness history.

Very good show
I think his Ic run being so long hurt him as a credible world champion. It’s like he fought all the same guys and crushed them for a mid card belt now we are supposed to believe they are an actual challenge to him as a world champion? Lol when they took the intercontinental title off of him they should have moved him to SmackDown and put a new list of challengers in front of him. And moved Cody and the WWE championship to raw
Very good episode,
imagine being deluded enough to think a multi billion dollar company with guys who literally have wrestling in their blood hot shoted a heel turn storyline because they booked themselves into a corner. are you serious dude? that is the most ridiculous thing i have read in a minute lol. good luck bro.
Great episode.
Punk/Cody was there for the taking and Cena could’ve gone up against Gunther.
They knee jerked a heel turn because they booked themselves into a nepotism corner
Very good show
honestly don’t get the hate. like sure, there’s no major story here YET. But Punk/Rollins/Reigns has a lot of potential to be a high quality match. I’m legit looking forward to it and love that these three have wound up in a match together.
Great episode.
The triple threat match between them at Wrestlemania is gonna be awesome. Super stoked for this match
Great show
Let’s mention the women’s match in every live/hate challenge. Easiest task for this group of “journalists” ever. Each one of these love/hates are more embarrassing than the last. We get it, women’s wrestling is amazing and should main event every show and if a women’s match is bad it’s because where it is on the card or the booking it’s never the talent, all the women are top tier wrestlers.
Very good show
You wanna find out who the real simps and shills are? Mark down anybody who defends that main event match! Even the diehard AEW fans are crapping on that main event. It was terrible.
This Moxley stuff is stinking out the entire show and the dude seems to think he is Brock Lesnar.
The sad part is that this wasn’t a terrible show overall and with all things taken into an account. But at the end of the day, a bad ending can ruin a whole show for a lot of people. “Game of Thrones season 8” style.
Great show
So the crux of it all is that the PLE started strong…then ended with a sour belch.
The fans most remember how you left them and the fans are going to remember this show with a resounding “bleh”!
And any casual fan who watched with their buddies who are more diehard fans, may have left the viewing saying aloud, “That guy was pretty good. He should go to WWE”.
Great show.
I’ve said before but I think one of the issues here is that Tony is a massive fan of NJPW and often looks to emulate their PPV card structure. NJPW cards typically build to a climax with the big matches back to back and tend not to feature cool down matches or spots. Problem is western audiences haven’t been conditioned for that over the last 40 years, so often results in burnout. Personally I would have laid out the card like below giving breathing spaces, opening with the Steel Cage match and building to the Hollywood Ending as the main event.
Storm vs. May
Mox vs. Cope
Hangman vs. MJF
Hurt Syndicate vs. Outrunners
Takeshita vs. Omega
Swerve vs. Ricochet
Okada vs. King
Mone vs. Watanabe
Ospreay vs. Fletcher
Great episode.
Very good show, but the ending is what people remember. WWE ended Elimination Chamber with a huge heel turn. AEW ended Revolution with that abominable ending.
it doesn’t totally undo a great show, but it might have done more harm than good.
Very good show
I can already see Trips the mark statues, Trips the mark with a 20 minutes speech, the camera focusing onTrips the mark every 30 seconds when he is on the crowd.
Great show.
I’m glad they are bringing it back to a nice venue. The idea of hosting it immediately after Smackdown is insane. Why not put a highlight show or broadcast the Hall of Fame instead of airing Smackdown that week.
best of the best
Very good show tonight
