Demon Finn Balor Conquers Dominik Mysterio in Brutal WrestleMania 42 Street Fight
Las Vegas, NV – The sins of the past came due at WrestleMania 42. What started as a fractured brotherhood inside The Judgment Day exploded into a vicious Street Fight, and when the smoke cleared, it was The Demon standing tall over a battered Dominik Mysterio.
From the opening bell, Balor was less a man and more a force of vengeance. He ambushed Mysterio before the bell could fully ring, unloading with vicious clotheslines and a relentless kendo stick assault. Dominik, fighting for his survival as much as victory, briefly turned the tide with a daring suicide dive that sent both men crashing through a table setup at ringside.
Mysterio fought back with the cunning of a cornered animal, introducing steel chairs into the equation. A picture-perfect 619 and Frog Splash combo looked to have Balor beaten, but The Demon kicked out at one — a moment that visibly shook Dominik to his core.
A missed Coup de Grace from Balor gave Mysterio a glimmer of hope. He smashed a chair across Balor’s face, then delivered another 619 and Frog Splash, only for Balor to again refuse to stay down.
As Dominik frantically set up a chair for a final, desperate maneuver, Balor rose with eerie calm. He cracked a chair across Mysterio’s back, wrapped another around his neck, and drove him into the corner with a brutal dropkick. The end came when Balor launched a Coup de Grace through a table — a final, artistic act of destruction.
With the win, Balor closes the chapter on his Judgment Day exile, while Mysterio is left to wonder if he’ll ever escape the ghost he helped create.
